Baijia’er Footwear was founded in 1990. It is a long-established manufacturer in Jieyang, known as “China’s Capital of Plastic Fashion Footwear”. With over 30 years of experience in slippers and sandals, we provide one-stop supply of wholesale and custom rain boots, rubber and plastic footwear.
Adhering to the philosophy of “Focus on Quality, Serve with Sincerity”, the company devotes itself to researching ergonomic shoe lasts and eco-friendly materials, and has obtained multiple patents. Our brand “Arctic Doctor” stands out in PVC and EVA slippers and rain boots. BAIJIAER is a professional manufacturer of rain boots and plastic slippers based in Jieyang, Guangdong, China. With decades of footwear manufacturing experience, we specialize in producing high-quality footwear for e-commerce businesses. We currently provide OEM manufacturing services for international brands such as Dickies. Our products meet EU and Chinese GB standards, supporting both domestic sales and cross-border e-commerce.
What is your factory’s production capacity?
Our factory is equipped with multiple rotary injection molding machines, including six machines at our existing facility and three at our new production facility. We also operate both on-site and external warehouses, ensuring sufficient manufacturing capacity and storage space to meet customer demands.
What materials are your rain boots made of? Are they safe?
Our rain boots are made from environmentally friendly PVC materials, offering excellent wear resistance and flexibility. Our products have passed the Chinese national standard GB 25038-2024 (General Safety Requirements for Footwear) and comply with EU REACH requirements. The materials are designed to be benzene-free and free from heavy metals, ensuring safety and environmental responsibility for international markets.
What is the difference between eco-friendly PVC and regular PVC?
Eco-friendly PVC is manufactured under strict controls to minimize harmful chemical substances. It complies with relevant REACH and GB standards, ensuring that substances such as phthalates and formaldehyde do not exceed permitted limits. Compared with conventional PVC, environmentally friendly PVC offers improved material safety while maintaining excellent waterproof performance, durability, and wear resistance.
